David W. Kopke - President / Founder

Dave founded the company in January of 1993. He was the top salesperson in the remodeling industry for many years prior to opening his own business. Dave is a "hands on" business person whose expertise has led Kopke to record year over year growth.

"I'm so proud of what we have created over the last 20 years. I really get excited when I think about the dreams that we have made come true. Linda Hunt - Office Manager

Linda takes care of all job costing, payroll, benefit administration and will be there to answer any questions you have on the phone.

Kayla Kopke - Marketing Manager

Kayla handles the website, social media, and all other marketing, along with answering the phones, setting appointments, and general morale boosting around the office.

Curt Goebel - Production Manager

Curt has been with the company since 2001. He has 25 years of project management experience and has quickly moved up to production manager. Curt is responsible for monitoring progress on all projects and collection of all progress payments.

Dale Dexter - Exterior Production Manager

Dale has recently transitioned from our main window installer to our exterior production manager.  He manages all projects that occur on the outside of the home, such as windows, siding and roofing.

Tim Trombley - Sales Manager

Tim joined the Kopke team last year as Sales Manager. He is in charge of overseeing the sales department, and making sure we reach our monthly sales goals. He has several years experience in the industry, and is extremely knowledgable about windows, siding and roofing.

Brandon Hill - Senior Designer

Brandon has been with the company since 1998.

He has recently been promoted to Senior Designer here at Kopke.  His many years of experience will ensure that your kitchen or bathroom adheres to the highest standards of beauty and functionality.

Mike Murphy - Sales & Design Consultant

Mike's 30 years of field experience as a journeyman carpenter give him an edge on the competition. His knowledge on how projects are designed and installed is a huge asset to the Kopke team. His specialties include: kitchens, baths, additions, sunrooms, dormers, Pella windows and doorwalls.

All salespersons are trained in computer design. They regularly attend continuing education classes to stay up to date on the current remodeling trends.

Dean is a new addition to the Kopke Sales Team!  He has 10 years experience in building trades, with expertise in hardwood flooring installation and refinishing.

Mike Miller - Sales & Design Consultant

Mike is another new addition to the Kopke Sales Team!  From your first appointment through the design and specifications to the final agreement, your sales consultant will provide unmatched punctuality, accuracy in pricing, and follow up after the sale.

Richard DeFauw - Sales & Design Consultant

Richard is the newest addition to the Kopke Sales Team!  He has 19 years experience in Interior Design and Remodeling. 

Vince Daguanno - Handyman

Vince has been with the company since 1998 and specializes in plumbing, electrical, tear outs, framing and finish details.

Vince has recently been promoted to be our new handyman in our newly created handyman division. His versatility will accommodate almost any request for repairs and other handyman services. He will also be handling our service and warranty work.

Joe Mullas - Installer

Joe has been with the company since 1999 and has become an integral part of our success. He specializes in bathroom remodeling, ceramic tile and finish details.

This team knows that quality must come first! Their "specialty" is the customer. They can install any project in an efficient and timely manner.

Jake DeMeulenaere - Installer

Jake is entering his 6th year with Kopke.  He is an excellent installer who can get the job done. He specializes in cabinetry and trim installations.

Sam Imig - Installer

Sam is a great new addition to the Kopke Installation Team. He is a finish carpenter with many years of experience.
