Dave founded the company in January of 1993. He was the top salesperson in the remodeling industry for many years prior to opening his own business. Dave is a "hands on" business person whose expertise has led Kopke to record year over year growth.

Alan Seeley - General Manager
Alan was originally hired as a consultant, and we liked him so much that we asked him to come on board! He manages all of the day-to-day activities at Kopke, making sure all of our customers are happy. Please feel free to come to him with any questions or concerns.
Laura Kopke - Showroom Manager

What I do: Maintain the showroom, purchase supplies, plan employee parties and events, and occasionally make lunch for employees.

Kayla Kopke-Jeffries - Bookkeeper

Richard De Fauw - Senior Architectural and Interior Designer
Years experience: 20+ years experience in high-end remodeling/construction. Interior design, gourmet kitchens, home theaters, baths, outdoor kitchens/pools.
Favorite part of your job: Meeting new people each and every day. Each day is a challenge, and it is exciting to develop the genesis of a concept for a client and then make it a reality they can enjoy. I am surrounded by a great staff to the success of Kopke.
Hobbies: Boating, jetskiing, snowmobiling, trap/skeet/competition shooting, hunting, fishing. I enjoy spending time outdoors in northern Michigan.

Rebecca Maybee - Design Consultant
Rebecca has 20 years experience in interior design and planning of both residential and commercial applications: space planning, finish specification, remodeling and renovation.
Rick DeBolt - Design Consultant
What I do: Help clients in making decisions on their interior and exterior architecture needs, from basic to more extensive projects.

Michael Murphy - Design Consultant
Michael has been with the company for 7 Years. He came in with 35 years experience as a journeyman carpenter, deciding to try his hand at sales. He quickly became our top salesperson. His knowledge of how projects are designed and installed is a huge asset to the Kopke team. His specialties include: kitchens, baths, additions, sunrooms, dormers, Pella windows and doorwalls.
Curt Goebel - Interior Production Manager
Curt has been with the company since 2001. He has 25 years of project management experience and has quickly moved up to production manager. Curt is responsible for monitoring progress on all projects and collection of all progress payments.
Dale Dexter - Exterior Production Manager

Dale has transitioned from our main window installer to our exterior production manager. He manages all projects that occur on the outside of the home, such as windows, siding and roofing.
Brandon Hill - Director of Design and Specifications

Brandon has been with the company since 1998 and has been a State of Michigan Licensed Builder since 1978. He graduated from Ferris State in Building Construction / Business Management and has been a member of NKBA since 1995. He will ensure your projects adhere to functional design and timeless style.
